* All reservations are secured with a credit card through PayPal at the time of reservation
* 48 hour cancellation notice required to receive full refund
* All tours include chilled, bottled water
* Open year round, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
* We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and JCB cards
* Complimentary hotel pick up and drop off in most locations
* 2 person minimum for all tours. Single passengers will be put on stand by
* Tours are not recommended for children under the age of 5, pregnant women or persons with back or heart conditions or recent surgeries
* Tours featured at Desert Fox use permits issued from the Department of Transportation (DOT 1174768)
* Tours cancelled by the driver due to weather or unforeseen circumstances are fully refundable
* We reserve the right to substitute vehicles and alter tours, trails or schedules whenever necessary due to rules and regulations of the DOT or   unforeseen circumstances
* Safety and comfort are our primary concerns
* Tour duration is from the time of the hotel pick up to the hotel drop off
* Please allow 30 minutes grace period for all tours due to traffic delays
* Hotel pick up times vary. A Desert Fox agent will assign pick up times according to the location of your hotel.
* Driver will grant guests a 10 minute grace period for late pick up. Later than 10 minutes, missed tours and no shows are not subject to the   refund policy
* A $25 rescheduling fee will apply to guests who wish to reschedule their booking within 24 hours of their original tour time (Subject to   availability)
* Special requests for birthdays, anniversaries and other events are always welcome!
* A Cadillac Escalade will be substituted on our longer tours where the number of passengers exceeds 4. Ask a Desert Fox agent for details
* For a private tour, all seats must be purchased
* Some off-road tours are operated by sub-contractors on special permits issued by the NTA and BLM.
